Rahsaan Wigfall

Rahsaan Wigfall is a graduate of the Virginia School of Polygraph.  He is also a graduate of Liberty University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies.  Mr. Wigfall, has over 20 years in law enforcement between two different departments.  In his most recent assignment he serves as a detective with the Richmond Police Department.  He has served in multiple assignments such as Polygraph Examiner, Cold Case/Force Investigation Team, Homicide, Youth and Family Crimes, Forensics and Patrol.  He is a certified child first interviewer.  Mr. Wigfall has served in specialized assignments in the Richmond Police Department as a member of the Hostage Negotiator Team and was also the regional liaison for the Metro Richmond Crime Stoppers.  Mr. Wigfall has an extensive background in investigating juvenile and adult sex crimes, aggravated assaults, murders and officer involved shootings.   Mr. Wigfall is a retired Navy Intelligence Chief Specialist where he completed over 20 years of honorable military service.  While in the Navy he completed multiple submarine sea deployments, a tour in Iraq and retired in 2013 as the Information Dominance Corps Regional Command Career Counselor in Washington DC.   Mr. Wigfall is an active member of both the American Polygraph Association and the Virginia Polygraph Association.
