Juliyet Carrington is a graduate from Old Dominion University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Criminal Justice. She has served 25 years as a Deputy Sheriff, with full law enforcement capacity in the Northern Virginia area. Her divisions of work experience include: Adult Detention Center, Security of the Judicial Complex. Moreover, her work experience has included Court Security – (Juvenile Domestic Relations, General District, and Circuit Court). She has extensive experience and training in courtroom protocols, testimony, evidence, to include protection and security of Judges. In addition, Ms. Carrington has been trained in “active shooter” response, and maintains 25 years of weapons training with “Expert” level firearms qualification. Juliyet Carrington has completed the Virginia School of Polygraph in the study of, Forensic Psychophysiological Detection of Deception. She is certified by the State of Virginia, Department of Professional Occupation and Regulations, as licensed Polygraph Examiner.
